As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we are implementing measures to minimize health risks to our clients, our staff & our communities, while continuing to ensure uninterrupted operation.
We know that you count on us, and we are committed to continuing to serve you while acting responsibly during this crisis.
- We’ve limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings online whenever possible, and restricting vendor visits to those critical for ongoing operations.
- We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we’ve reinforced existing policies encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.
- We’re reducing the on-site Cass personnel through work-from-home arrangements, while still providing the same high level of customer support to which you are accustomed.
- We are asking all our branch customers to use the drive-through facilities rather than the lobby. There will only be limited access to the Des Peres branch as it does not have drive-through capabilities.
Since this is a very fluid situation, senior management is continually reviewing our decisions and adjusting as necessary and appropriate.
