To Our VALUED Clients:
As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, we have implemented measures to minimize health risks to our clients, our staff & our communities, while continuing to ensure uninterrupted operation.
We know that you count on us, and we are committed to continuing to serve you while acting responsibly during this crisis.
- We’ve limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings online whenever possible and restricting vendor visits to those critical for ongoing operations.
- We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we continue the existing policies requiring employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.
- We had reduced the on-site Cass personnel through work-from-home arrangements, while still providing the same high level of customer support to which you are accustomed. We began bringing these employees back on-site in a phased approach beginning June 15.
- We are asking all our branch customers to use the drive-through facilities rather than the lobby, however our lobbies are now open.
Since this is a very fluid situation, we will continue reviewing our decisions weekly and adjusting as necessary and appropriate.
As new developments emerge regarding the coronavirus, we will share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively.
I want to personally thank you for continuing to put your trust in Cass Bank.
